Approved Guest accounts can access enabled appointment booking and their own portal records. First-visit requests are available only when their contact and consent form is enabled; otherwise contact the team directly. Browsing alone does not create an account, reserve a time or collect a payment. Do not enter health history or payment-card details in general inquiries.

Appearance preferences

If you change the color mode or page style, this website saves only those display preferences in this browser. They are not sent to Whitehaven, do not identify your account, and can be removed by clearing this site's browser storage.

Contacting Whitehaven

If you call or email, Whitehaven and the communications services you use will handle the information you choose to provide. Keep email limited to general questions; do not send diagnoses, medical histories, payment-card details, or private reports.

Private areas

Guest, staff, reviewer, and administrator areas use separate access controls. A public visit to this page does not grant access to those workspaces.
