Good to know

A few helpful answers.

When is my appointment confirmed?

A first-visit request is not a reservation: wait for the team to confirm. In the returning-guest portal, review your service and time, choose Confirm appointment, and wait for the saved appointment. If the time is taken, choose another. No online payment is collected.

Do I need an account to explore?

No. This website is public. Guest, Staff and Admin workspaces require a verified sign-in and approved access.

Are these medical services?

This website describes non-clinical wellness experiences, not diagnosis or treatment. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
